Roma Neupane

Senior Manager 

Roma Neupane has been an integral part of Praedium Partners for over three and a half years, contributing her expertise across both our Business Services and Tax Advisory divisions. Roma recently completed her CA with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, further solidifying her strong foundation in accounting and taxation.

Roma supports a diverse client base, assisting with annual compliance obligations including the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and BASs for individuals, trusts, companies, and superannuation funds. She also provides guidance in navigating interactions with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), ASIC and other government agencies. Beyond compliance, Roma is committed to helping clients implement effective tax minimisation strategies.

Known for her thoroughness and depth of knowledge, Roma frequently delves into complex tax legislation and case law to deliver accurate and insightful advice. She is highly regarded within our firm, often serving as a go-to advisor for colleagues seeking guidance on complex technical matters.

Originally from Nepal, Roma brings a global perspective and strong appreciation for cultural diversity to her professional approach. She has a deep love for Tasmania—especially its mountain landscapes and snowy scenery—and enjoys exploring the region on the motorbike.

Outside of work, Roma is an active youth volunteer at the Satya Sai Seva Organisation Australia, where she regularly participates in community service, musical, and cultural programs. A fun personal trait is Roma finds peace in tidying her space, often using house cleaning as a unique way to get mental peace.
